First, set broadly defined goals for the year. Next, for each goal map more precisely defined objectives. Finally, for each objective list 2-5 key results, which, once all achieved, will make the objective automatically completed.

❗ Remember: goals are for the year, objectives – for a quarter, key results – anything inside a quarter, you can set flexible deadlines. For more about OKRs read here.
